I’ve got a big pile of Durock myself. It’s awaiting installation in both upstairs bathrooms which are both getting new tubs, tile surrounds and tile floors (and new vanities and terlets, of course).

Painters are outside working diligently, flooring guys are coming someday this week to nail down the hardwood, and roofers are nailing down new shingles in 2 weeks. The goal is to have this house 99% done by the end of September so I can replace my full time renovations with full time classes yet again. Also, taking on a new position at work. Also, baby #2 is due in December. Why don’t I ever do anything with my project car, they ask...
